I like the new look, but I can't help feeling the red elements should've been yellow. It'd preserve his classic color scheme better, plus I can't look at the new costume without thinking the Vision's kind of naked.

Quicksilver's new costume is sweet. I guess he's leaving X-Factor? I like the lineup.

Except for Sabretooth. Isn't he a rapist and a murderer?

X-Factor is being cancelled.

And this is the "inverted" version of Sabretooth, one of the character changes that is coming out of Axis, where some villains are turned good, and some heroes are turned evil.

I know that Axis just started, but is there any explanation, or common speculation, why these inversions happened?

They haven't happened yet. Based on issue #2's ending where Magneto rally's a bunch of villains to fight Red Onslaught, I'm going to guess that Red Onslaught does something with his incredible mental powers and flips the switch on a bunch of people like Iron Man, Sabertooth, ect.

Well in issue two Scarlet Witch and Doctor Strange had the idea of combining chaos magic with order in order to invert Onslaught so Xavier has control. I'm guessing they try it and something goes wrong.

That's a shame about X-Factor.

There are hardly any X-men on the new Uncanny Team. So much for that idea.

Uncanny Avengers was about unity between mutants and humans, not Avengers and X-Men. The post-relaunch team actually has a majority of mutants, even if they aren't ones commonly associated with the X-Men. (Unless, of course, Marvel changes the Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver to be Inhumans, as has been speculated lately.)

That new team looks great. I just hope that the writing is up to par with the designs.

Maybe, but I suspect the Vision's costume was changed to be more in line with the movie version.

I knew his costume was weirding me out.

They are a bit too similar in my opinion.

Even if they were, which I don't think they are, it wouldn't really matter because the Vision is about to be in a movie and no one outside of hardcore comic fans have ever heard of Mr. Miracle. No one's gonna care if the Vision's costume is kind of similar to some dude, even if the dude is a great character created by Jack Kirby.

When the heck was Magneto abducted by the Red Skull? I finally caught up on this series and him at the same camp as the others came out of nowhere? Im assuming this happened in his series. I hate how Marvel rarely puts the footnotes in the books to direct you to stuff like this
