i'd say im about 2 weeks total, in hours that is putting it together

just test fitting the finished thing. Once tweaked then it will be moved to be painted

theres no molding process

, that if you mean form molding. i just use a heat gun

whoa! Is the material bought in sheet form?how is it cut and how does the material hold its shape once its done being heated.One more thing how did you learn this process? sorry for all the questions but i really find your work amazing

Sorry my camera suck's... hope you enjoy the picture of the new test fit. still need to tweak the cod piece, finish up on the neck piece and armored shoes, and last but not least the replusor gloves..

Love the suit, but one question. Aren't the shoulders kinda large? They seem more bulky than the form fitting style of your awesome design.

Btw, I was wondering. Have you ever thought of making an armor that you made yourself? Like you came up with the appearance and colors on your own?

it give it that more powerfull look, if you look at the hasbro leak mkv image from SD comic-con. they way i done my shoulders and the toy are identical.

yeah i actually have blue prints. i was going to make a samuri/modern time armor. not going to say in detail just yet. but it looks awesome, well in my head at leaset XD

New Super flex arm covers

new design "no foamies, but urethane" flex-plated system. Moves as i move and very flexible

now i need to do it for the elbows

Amazing job. The only reason the movie suits look better is because they arent made from thin layers of plastic but they are molded into thick pieces, so the suit is more robust. And i suppose that there is some sort of cushion inside the suit, fixing the pieces firmly on Downey so that they dont move around.
Perhaps if you start making molds you can do it just as good as they do.

In any case, amazing job. Congrats!

if i had funding like the movie did, i would make better suites. Money is always an issue with me making thing. i can make the craziest stuff possible. it just the money is my bottle neck. plus i need to do a photo shoot of the costume when im done making this. because my camera dosent do this any justice.

On another note, thanks for the comment. still so much to do with this costume.
