Well ****, they pretty much all but confirmed that was indeed from Gus.

And it's good they're keeping Gus's privileged attainability a factor. He probably won't show up til the latter half of season 3 and it's gonna be exciting to see how they actually get to him and whether it'll be Saul or Mike. It'll be interesting to see where Los Pollos Hermanos is right now. Could be just starting up.

And that spot in the desert where Mike tracked down the Salamanca's, was that house the same one where Tuco took Walter and Jesse at the beginning of season two?

Could be.

Also, I hope Nacho has a significantly larger role next season. Michael Mando has been great with the little he's been given ("That looks like a schoolbus for six year old pimps"), but it's time we found out how him and Jimmy get involved with Lalo.

I thought the same thing. The show certainly does like it's callbacks, if that's the case.

Yeah, Nacho's a great and well acted role. He's smart and professional that I can't help but like the guy, despite him being an immoral criminal.

According to the Insider Podcast, it's not the same location. In the script it was supposed to be that shack from season 2, but they chose a different spot and built it from scratch after they saw the original place was in bad shape. I think in the story it's meant to be just another location.

I don't like the fact the series ended on a potential downer. Couldn't Chuck's catatonia just stay permanent or something?

Anyway, I think it was an odd season. Odd because, as episodes, I enjoyed every single one. Yet, I think as many people pointed out, the overall arc of the characters did not move forward all that much.

Ah, I see. It works either way, as they wouldn't just have one location to do these things in case.

I hope they realize Nacho's potential as a bigger character more. He's interesting enough to be promoted in the writing.

Nacho's character is even better when is put against Mike. The scenes and the relation both have is very interesting.

I can definitely appreciate people being...bored? Annoyed? At the slow progression for the characters, but I dig it. Watching Jimmy and Mike very gradually continue on their downward slopes makes for great watching. I'm content with them not speeding along. Heck, even the folks who are bored by it must be able to appreciate the writer's restraint.

No, I absolutely adore that man. I love watching him and Gilligan on Talking Saul. I can't get enough. Thank the lord they met!

The wait for season 3 is going to be tough.
Going back to Breaking Bad, nobody writes season finales better than Vince and his writing staff.

If there's anything I'm looking forward to more than anything, it's the flash forward that I hope opens Season 3 like the previous 2. There looks to be a lot of setup coming up, and that I'm excited for, but those little glimpses of where Jimmy ends up are so good.

I'm actually glad they're keeping those relatively few and far between. It's not that I don't like them, but I'm just much more wrapped up in the present of the story.

There are few people who write TV better in general than Gilligan, Gould, and the rest of their team.

This is a great show. I thought season 1 was better than the first season of Breaking Bad. The second season has plodded along nicely, but lacks the stand-out scenes that brought season 1 to life. But even with the slower pacing, it is still hypnotic to watch

Giancarlo Esposito presented the Saturn Awards' Spotlight Award to the show...

Looks like Esposito is already getting into character.

I feel like he had a greater claim on the title last year with that Mike POV episode. I'm not sure he really did anything this season that was up to that level.

Question? Do you guys think that Better Call Saul is a cash grab? Because I know People see Fear the Walking Dead as a cash grab (which it is) or do you guys think that the show came out organically. For me it's the latter. I think there was a story that needed to be told but can't you say the same about Fear the Walking Dead. Like them showing how the world ended. Just something on my mind and I wanted to know what you guys thought about it.
