Morbius would fit into the story,because Norman is dying.So eternal life of a vampire makes sense.And Twilight aren't vampires,vampires don't glitter,and can't go out in the sun.

And this movie can be dark.We have:
-Green Goblin who kills his girl.
-Electro who turns the lights out in the dark.
-Morbius who can only come out at night.

Norman could do what he did in The Spectacular Spider-Man and makes two villains.In that show he made Sandman & Rhino.In this he could make Morbius & Electro.

Then Green Goblin could show up in ASM3.
And why would the actor who is gonna play Morbius need to read Morbius comics if he wasn't gonna be turned into a vampire.

Only difference is this actor has to read Morbius comics.Those other actors in those other movies didn't

It has to be Gwen's,because having another funeral in ASM3 would be ridiculous.I guess this could be proof that Electro isn't gonna be the main villain,or that Green Goblin shows up in the end and kills Gwen,and is the main villain in ASM3.

Obviously this could be anybody's funeral, but Gwen's the most logical choice that makes sense.

I could also see it being a "Mrs. Osborn's mysterious death" situation. Or the movie starts at young Peter's parents funeral.

Maybe he kills/lets die The Burglar or Electro. And attends the funeral to learn his lesson.

Perhaps Norman Osborn "dies" so we all think Green Goblin is Harry until we find out Norman faked his death.
