Which parts are those? Fox owns nothing of any of DC's properties.

they do own the rights to the '66 Batman series

That's such a small part of Batman that it's not even going to get considered.

No, even though Fox owned the copyright and distribution to the actual Batman 66 show, they couldn’t ever do anything new with Batman.

WB/DC owns Batman, that would have to go through them.

Isn't that basically it? All Fox can do is sell DVDs of episodes of the '66 Batman TV show? Even DC Comics is the one selling comic books like "Batman '66 Meets The Man From U.N.C.L.E." and "Batman '66 Meets Steed and Mrs. Peel".
And the copyrights listed in them are for DC Comics, Turner Entertainment, Studiocanal, and Warner Bros. Entertainment. Nowhere is Fox listed in the copyrights.

Exactly Fox could only ever distribute the old TV show, and 66 movie, they could never make new material based on it, or any Batman.
That is key.
Only WB/DC can do that.

The "new" material based on the 66 show specific, and their likenesses, the 66 comics, Funko 66 toys, etc... are all a joint agreement with Fox & WB, and as you indicate, are copyright DC/WB, that along with the long awaited CDs took forever to negotiate.
But Fox alone or now Disney/Marvel can never do any new Batman material without going through DC/WB who own Batman.

Also, all of those distribution and broadcast rights have a relatively short shelf life, with renegotiations happening when necessary.

One might imagine WB will probably not want to continue the arrangement now Fox are owned by Disney.

Warners got the rights to release it on DVD and Blu-ray. While Fox still owns the copyright to the TV show, they can't do much with it.

The only Batman property Fox owns outright is the 1966 film.
