Default Action Sequence of the Year: 2017

Usually it's 8 but there was a tie on on five noms so I added them all that brought the total to 10.

Get voting!

Going to go with the Throne Room Battle from The Last Jedi. Few scenes have ever got me that hyped in a theater.

Wonder Woman ist in no case in my Top10, but that was the best Action sequence for me of 2017.
Star Wars a close runner up.

Haven’t voted yet cause I just got Atomic Blonde but that WW scene was top notch and when her theme kicks in it’s perfect Wonder Woman.

Going with the Rome chase/shootout in John Wick 2, heart pounding and intense every watch. Great action film all round.

Any on the list though is a worthy winner, its been a good year for action scenes.

Went with Sea Wall from Blade Runner. I just loved the small scale and intimate nature of the fight. Love it from to top to bottom.

Runner up would probably be the Throne Room battle from Star Wars.

Still haven't seen Ragnarök or TLJ, but all of these other scenes are damn good action wise. When I think about all of them, it feels unnecessary to rank it. Need to rewatch them to really do it.

Wish I could've voted for three here-- No Man's Land, The Throne Room and the Wolverine forest fight. But since I can only do one-- No Man's Land it is.

Went for Logan/X23 vs The Reavers. Loved the brutality of it, and seeing X23 unleashed was amazing.

Can’t believe Hulk vs Thor didn’t make the list though.

Blade Runner 2049. A perfectly executed action sequence.

The Throne Room scenes in TLJ is my favorite, followed by No Man's Land, then the bridge fight in Thor.
