There aren't a whole lot of films I've seen released that year, which is embarrassing since I was born in '88. But out of the ones I have...

1. Die Hard
2. Rain Man
3. Big
4. Beetlejuice
5. Coming to America
6. Who Framed Roger Rabbit
7. The Land Before Time
8. Willow
9. Oliver and Company
10. Child's Play
11. Halloween 4
12. Rambo III
13. Earth Girls Are Easy
14. Big Top Pee-Wee
15. Short Circuit 2

Die Hard was Dad's favorite film of all time.

Die Hard, Akira, Rabbit, Heathers spring to mind as something that I still really like.
