Jason Maxiell's a beast, but then again, not a huge pick-up and the Magic didn't go after anyone it seems. Quest for Wiggins has begun.

Agreed Anubis. People tend to forget that Michael Jordan got booted out of the first round just about every year until Pippen showed up.

Lebron is about the only guy in the league who can take a team deep into the playoffs without any help. Durant is still great.

Eh, I agree with his point that nobody ever holds Kobe responsible for his actions, but he tried to act like Dwight Howard was LeBron'ing it in Orlando. Nelly asked "who was an All-Star on Orlando, you can't even name their starting 5" while shouting over them as they tried to name the starting 5, all while forgetting that Rashard Lewis and Jameer Nelson were All-Stars that year.

The other point that was missed was the whole Phil Jackson thing, acting as though that was a be all end all to keep Kobe, not realizing that Orlando fired the coach that Howard didn't want to play under with the Magic, and he still wanted out.

Jameer Nelson was an All Star? *checks Wiki* Oh he was injured though I see. Wow, well I guess he still made a bit of a point there

Nelly's argument loses most if not all credibility when he seriously says that he thinks Kobe didn't want Phil Jackson when Mike Brown was fired.

He was injured by the time the game was played, but was having a great season leading up to that point.

I thought he was talking about when Phil first left after '04, not this past season specifically. I think he was saying he didn't try to keep him around after '04 to prove he could win without him.

Nelly did make some good points in my opinion but it just comes off as kind of rough here and there since he's not used to debate like that. I was surprised by how he held his own.

Also, a little late but I saw a comment on YouTube that surprised me when you realize the Spurs did an illegal substitution at the end of Game 6 of the Finals.

When Jesus hit that miracle 3 in the end Tim Duncan wasn't on the floor but when officials needed to review it to be sure they paused the game but there shouldn't be any substitutions allowed since it's not a team timeout or anything. Timmy basically snuck into the game to take the ball out . Unless I'm missing something he wasn't allowed to sub in like that.

LeBron is not playing for Team USA in the 2013 World Basketball Championship or the 2016 Summer Olympics.

Nope. It's a dead ball situation while referees are reviewing a play. I think Popovich did it because he was upset at the officials for reviewing Allen's 3. Could you have imagined if Duncan had hit a game winner to win the finals?

The Knicks and Grizzlies are both looking to sign Delonte West. I'm not too sure where the Knicks are planning on getting this money from. I'm pretty sure they used up their MLE. Probably veterans minimum...?

Bet he changes his mind about the 2016 Olympics eventually. All he needs is one more gold medal to overtake Jordan on that.

Trade Chandler for a bag of chips at*this point. It's going all down hill from here with him and he has absolutely no offense at all. Plus he's the only one left with trade value. You will need Delonte when he plays "d" against LeBron.......like he did against his mom.

But the signing ain't happening. Between Artest, JR, and Delonte, the psychiatrist would be working over time getting these guys on the same page and we'd all be counting down these days until West or Artest kill each other.

Chandler was never brought in for offense. If they trade him, who exactly are they supposed to have play center?

Amare or Bargene or however you spell it. They suck on the boards anyway.

So if they suck at rebounding, why trade Chandler?

Because he sucks at everything else and he's about to go into decline. Get something for him now while you can. All a team has to do is double Melo and not even play Chandler because he doesn't even look to shoot the ball. He has zero offense and isn't even trying to get better. As much as Rodman was a monster on the boards, you could not leave him open because he was a slick player and seemed to thrive under pressure.

It's not a given that he's going to go into a decline. Why even assume that?

So, who are you going to trade for him? You need to replace those rebounds and defense somewhere.
