Default How often should the sequels be released?

I know studios usually wait 2-3 years to release sequels, but I think Cyborg is one character who really needs a film out there at least once a year.

I would expect no less for an icon of his caliber.

Can't they do it like the Matrix movies and have two in one year?

This man is an ICON, he should have tv shows, multiple movies in the same year, show up in other DC movies, and have his own cereal by now GOSH DARN IT!

I mean, what would Teen Titans Go! be without Cyborg?

He's the heart, soul and brain of that show.

AND we get it weekly.

Honestly as the cell tower of the justice league he should really be like the IM of the Cinematic DC universe.

I cant wait for all powerful WB to announce the date for his sequel and have other studios cower and move their movies to another date.

I fully expect this series to propel Ray Fisher to a Harrison Ford level of star power and desirability.

This thread is covering some pretty important ground, so I went ahead and made it a sticky, just so everyone can find it easily.

When are they gonna reboot the Cyborg franchise? It's been too goddamn long by now and people are dying to see a new Cyborg! I have a screenplay about the new Cyborg traveling to Earth 2 and meeting the old Cyborg. I'd cast Tom Hardy as Deathstroke.

All of these ideas are great, but I don't think Cyborg will meet his true potential until a deal is struck between WB and Fox for a Cyborg/Deadpool team up film.

His sequels should be soft origin stories for Teen Titans or even the metal men. I liked what I saw from the metal men arc in the Cyborg comic. Could work well onscreen.

If we even get a Cyborg stand alone movie, I'll eat my hat.

So now that Ray Fisher just KILLED IT on the Justice League poster, he deserves an Oscar nomination. Never before have I seen such raw emotion captured in one performance. I mean, the Oscars are ******** for not giving Leslie Bibb the BSA for Iron Man, but they can make up for it here. This isn't some artsy bull crap, it's about time the Oscars recognize a truly deserving actor!

So, obviously, Fisher will want a higher paycheck for the sequel after he wins the Oscar, and Marvel shouldn't play ball. Who does he think he is? **** him, that Hollywood phony greedy airhead, recast Cyborg, I say. I'd cast Tom Hardy.
