Thank you for correcting my spelling. From now on I will spell swashbuckling correctly from now on.

I wouldn't mind Rip being more like Captain Jack on Doctor Who from now on. More humour. Plus his costume is similar to Captain Jack's, and he also uses a revolver (although Rip's revolver shoots energy bolts).

Taking Rip away from the group pretty much took away the unique aspect that separated this show from the other ones when it came to its cast. Not it's just going to feel like watching the Arrow and Flash rejects go8ng on crazy adventures.

Isn't that the point? That's why the starting narrative always insists they are not heroes, but outcasts, and therefore "legends". LOL.

Personally, I didn't mind that the first half of season two was largely without Rip.

Perhaps season three will have two major story "streams":
1) The main team under Sara doing typical stuff.
2) Captain Rip using his Jump ship to travel across time and space doing other stuff. Perhaps interfacing with Darkseid? And hopefully doing a good Captain Jack Harkness impersonation. :P

I need this episode in my life! They love their different versions of Harrison Wells, let him be the “Catman” of whatever Earth or reality the Legends encounter. Alex Kingston aka Dinah “Drake” as that Earths “Siren” and another version of Jay as “The Streak”

Part of CW/Netflix new deal is that Netflix gets the shows 8 days after the finale.

Woops I'm dumb.
Thanks for the clarification, Primal Slayer.

I was caught up on Legends and Arrow , but am only 1/2 through Supergirl/Flash.
This will save time waiting till Sept/Oct for it to premiere around nearly next season.

Having Superman pop up in supergirl was cool and I liked the way he was played a lot . The chances of ever having Bruce Wayne on any of the shows is doubtful but if I'm not mistaken they have referenced him and Gotham before . How would you guys feel about Batman Beyond showing up instead ? Have Terry pop in and have a guest appearance or two since Legensa is a time travel series

Plus they already had the Legends go into Star City in the future to hang out with Crusty Old Ollie along with Connor Hawke, the new GA and Oliver's son, so they probably feel like they played that card.

Caught up with the finale, lots of logic issues but still fun like the rest of the season. I really hope Rip's departure isn't permanent though, I loved it when they finally got him back.

Rip will be in season three. I copied and posted the spoiler into a previous posting.

Some articles suggested adding in Superman from CW's Supergirl series.

See #5.

What about Laurel Lance? Since the Legends messed up time maybe Laurel could exist in their reality, whatever that is.

Isn't the actress going to be a regular in Arrow again?

of that group I think Harrison Wells would best fit Tom Turbine, if anyone

I like RIP better when he's not the captain. I do like how they showed us during the season how much better the team is without him.

Also that Rip works way, way better as a villain. Hell, he's even more competent. I kind of wish they undid the brainwashing and then had Rip decide "You know what? Everything my evil self believed was perfectly logical and coherent. I'm going to stick with it."

it's not that he's more competent it's that how he written it could be the other way around if hes good guy. it's that the writers choose not to do so. this is an I want and don't want to thing and it's very noticeable depending on the viewer .

So is Steel never going to wear his costume again? I noticed on how he's like the only Legend who hasn't donned his costume since the Season 1 Mid-Finale. It's almost as if the Producers realized that the costume looked stupid too late and decided to quietly omit it out.

he's worn it's just not on regular basis the show hasn't made like it is in the comic's where his powers were out of control for a bit in that when ever he steel up he can't control his strength pressure wise and the suit helps him to control that. .

You know the type of writers they have on this show start with the person who over see it all .. sadly they aren't the same caliber as some of the better one on the books or in other tv shows. sadly . I don't know why those better ones are afraid to go into the tv show business ether.

I don't even remember what his costume looked like or that he even had one.

I think it's more to do with the fact his powers work without the suit, unlike Atom and Firestorm.
