You have a great memory and is correct sir. But I've changed my opinion about that and now think Spider-Man 2 is a little, little better.

Again, creds to your memory!

Batman Begins
Daredevil Director's Cut
V for Vendetta
Spider-Man

Although I liked Captain America and First Class, they weren't anything special, to me.
I completely forgot about V for Vendetta.

I expect The Dark Knight Rises to get to the third spot under Avengers. TASM is a hard one though! From my gut feeling so far, it could very well get to #2.

CBMs I enjoy the most at this moment: 1) The Avengers, 2) The Dark Knight, 3) Iron Man 3, 4) Iron Man, 5) The Amazing Spider-Man.

CBMs in the near future I'm most looking forward to at this moment: 2) Thor 2, 3) Man of Steel, 4) The Amazing Spider-Man 2, 5) Guardians of the Galaxy (would be higher in the list if it wasn't for how much I hate the film Super from the same director).

I think that movie is decent, but the novel it adapted seems overrated, if the movie was downright faithful I don't really get what it didn't get right

Hell yah I did

Quote:
1.) A tie between The Dark Knight and Batman Begins (making my list will be more simple if I include ties)
2.) Watchmen
3.) A tie between '89 Batman and The Crow
4.) The Avengers
5.) V For Vendetta
6.) X-Men: First Class
7.) Iron Man
8.) Captain America: The First Avenger
9.) Thor
10.) A tie between Spider-Man 2 and The Incredible Hulk
And the movie is pretty much page for page from the novel except for the ending which I actually prefer than what's on the novel. I won't get into spoilers if you haven't read the book or watched the film, but yah, I think the ending we got in the film fits into the universe that Snyder created much better.

You have a good point with TIH and the mention of the super soldier serum. I never really caught that as a Captain America reference until it was made pretty clear.
Maybe now that the Avengers movie was already made, they can focus on the heroes a little more. I kind of wish there were more WWII stories to tell with Captain America, but oh well. There is so much to the character, and I look forward to seeing where the movies bring him next.

That's what I'm hoping for. I believe they said that Iron Man 3 will be 100% Tony Stark, so my fingers are crossed that they follow up on that. I wonder if they'll revisit the stuff that goes on in the war montage of Captain America. That would be interesting.

Captain America 2 could have flashbacks of WWII still as the writers mentioned this some time ago.

But would the flashbacks just be for the sake of having flashbacks, or would they actually connect to what is going on in modern day?

If someone like Baron Zemo is the villain, yah. Or even flashbacks of Bucky surviving and what not.

I don't think we'll be seeing Cap at war again just randomly, but to help with the story itself.
