Heh, how many times must a good character, or at least a tough one, be doomed for it's meager intelligence? Rhino, Electro, Sandman, Absorbing Man, and the list goes on. Idiots all and capable of so much damage.

Croc's wily enough to have fooled Batman's superior intelligence on more than one occassion because in the end, animal instinct has more than a fair shot of upsetting the logical mind.

I say Croc surprises Panther at the outset and manages to score a knockout victory fairly quickly because that's his only real avenue of victory and because I have a soft spot for idjits.

Why else do I keep Anubis around?

Croc

7-1 Black Panther

I see your logic there Gen. Cros isn't clever, he isn't a great tactician and all that. But, he has that raw animal instinct that has seen crocodiles survive since the days of the dinosaurs.

Having said that, I think T'Challa's versatility and adaptability see's him through. He's clever enough to realize taking Croc head on is gonna end bad for him every time. He'll know in his mind that if he gets close to Croc, he lets Croc get a hold of him, it's game over. And he has the agility and reflexes to not allow that to happen.

If its the Croc I saw in Batman: Gotham Knight or a few other versions I'd go with him to beat T'Challa...

And BP ain't Bats in terms of intelligence... even with the tech.

Different kinds of smart though...

Reed's more science smart than Bruce but I'd give it to Bruce in field strategy.

Agreed that T'Challa is a smart cookie though.

Black Panther's speed should enable him to avoid attacks long enough to find a way to win.

You don't know BP at all then. He invented prep time.

BP in minutes.

Poorly worded on my part.

Even with BP's technological prowess, he's not as intelligent in handling situations.

Wasn't meaning down the prep-time path. Bats thinks on his feet better in my opinion than BP. Dude never stops thinking, ultimate cool head.

Honestly, that's debatable, maybe even a match up one day if Genesis ever listens to people who pm's him fights!

Have you read any Black Panther comics? He's intelligent and quick on the fly. That's pretty much his thing.

Yeah, T'Challa's pretty much Marvel's Batman in terms of prep time and strategizing and such.
Dude's got contingency plans even for Galactus for ****'s sake.

Yeah, I do listen to requests bro but Spider-Man / Batman was a tad too uneven. Just so you know I bothered, I even screened it through a few others and it was a definite no-go.

I HATE throwing down one sided matches.

Send me a few off the top of your head and if they'e feasible, I'll gladly throw them out there as I have for alot of these other bums you see posting.

I'm sure Hound would like to take back that comment, now he's got an avalanche of crow to deal with.

You ever seen a Wakandan Kin wearing a pair of Crocs made of an actual metahuman's flesh? Well you have now as Marvel's Dark Knight brutally beats the mighty Croc 12-2.

You do know that Psylocke is immune to telepathy, right?

That cuts out a major portion of Grodd's offense, in addition she has her telepathy and TK which means Psychic Knife AND TK Katana.

Grodd's still smarter and stronger but I'd say he's going to have enough to deal with just trying to defend himself against Betsy and then you throw in her screwing with him with telepathy and contesting TK and it's a wrap.

Psylocke

2-1 Grodd

Is immunity to telepathy a ninja power or something? Since when does she have this, and why did anyone think that it's a good idea? Grodd's telepathy should help him resist hers and she's not immune to being beaten to death anyway.

Grodd's own telepathy is immense and would completely negate anything Psylocke can do telepathically. Grodd also has high level telekinesis and some matter manipulation.

lawls SF is Hulking up again about character upgrades.

To answer you, she's gained this since her rebirth in her new body. She's immune to telepathy and yet has regained her own telepathy from years back which has proven considerable enough to hold Emma back.

So Grodd's not going to touch her mind. As to beating her to death, there have been FAR stronger an faster guys than Grodd that have tried and failed miserably. A TK katana or Psychic Knife to Grodd's body, especially his head, will drop him like anyone else.

Man, you REALLY need to preface statements like this with an 'I think' or 'Should' otherwie people might get the impression you're spouting facts instead of your opinion of how the fight would go down.

As to him negting Betsy, that's rather wishful thinking in the extreme or willfully ignoring another known telepathic & telekenetic threat. Betsy's got the edge of forcing Grodd to defend himself on both fronts while he only has the physical.

Betsy's psychic shields have withstood the likes of the White Queen so don't go slapping the 'END' sticker on the encounter without exploring the actual possibilities. In addition, she's one of the longest standing and adept TK users in the MU, again writing her off is shortsighted at best.

As to matter manipulation, she's shown immunity to magical and physical alteration as well as mental, so.......yeah.

While she on the other hand can still use her TK to rearrange matter and her Katana can cut through ANYTHING.

In closing, Betsy's age old 'TK that can shatter mountains' has been proven since like, last year when Marvel Girl said Psylocke's TK was beyond her own.

2-1 Gorilla Grodd

Oh man, I went surfing and apparently Betsy can now make herself Invisible as well as the answer to your question Ferret, Jamie moified the structure of her new body to make her immune to all these things listed earlier.

Heh, surprised you took it so well.

In light of all this, where's Grodd's avenue for victory? You cast that vote before you found out that Psylocke had become a Mutant god.
