Okay....

Opening interview with the older people at the start, re-citing their memories, the last one is an elderly Merv.

How does that spoil the twist? That is not the twist.

Very hard thing to list. I can really only rank his films by their level of strength more than any particular order. I've yet to see Following still.

Strongest - Inception, The Dark Knight, Memento, Batman Begins
Mid-Level - Interstellar, The Prestige, Dunkirk
Weakest - The Dark Knight Rises, Insomnia

Keep in mind though that even his weakest films are still a level above what most film makers produce, even TDKR for how dumb it gets sometimes is a better movie than most blockbusters.

Yeah, his weakr films aren't really bad. The Following is a very good film, but it just doesn't have the scope or production values of his more well-known movies. So it's often in the bottom of everyone's list or doesn't even make it. Insomnia is a perfect cure for insomnia, yet a decent thriller overall. Rises is dumb sometimes, but compensated by plenty of goodness. Interstellar's storytelling and writing are not for everyone (certainly not for me), but there are great performances, imagery, interesting concept and very good music.

I enjoy all of them... so this was difficult. The first batch are all ones I can rewatch. The second... not so much. Still good though.

The Prestige (2006)
The Dark Knight (2008)
Batman Begins (2005)
Inception (2010)
The Dark Knight Rises (2012)

Insomnia (2002)
Memento (2000)
Interstellar (2014) (Beautiful Film but kind of... eh otherwise)

Need to Watch:
Dunkirk (2017)

Never watched it:
Following (1998)
