At least it's a good looking Hulk. The Hulk and Gray Hulk we got in wave 1 has the worst looking face on a Hulk figure. I hated that I bought it.

Also, I wish the X-Force pack would come with someone else besides Wolverine. He's included in too many 2 packs and singles. And since they're not shy on giving us random characters, I don't see why we couldn't get a different member. And Warpath isn't on the team anymore...

One Of the many reasons I don't like Wolverine, they just find it necessary to put him EVERYWHERE.
One thing I'm starting to get a bit miffed with on the Superhero Squad sets. They have the MOVIE Thor drawn but NO movie Thor in the sets, just that ugly looking Classic Thor.

The only other set I saw was his current costume, Hulk and Odin. I was wondering the same thing as you were. Probably just holding off until 2nd wave figures start hitting.

I still haven't seen the Odin set. Maybe soon tho. The Walmarts I go to here in town had a partial order on alot of the Thor stuff. Target still has nothing.

I seriously debated getting that 10 inch Thor. I may go back and get him. Did you buy the 6 or 8 inch Thor (Can't remember which it was) It appears that it doesn't have any real articulation. But I only glanced at it.

And in Legend-ish news, I saw the Hulkbuster Iron Man from his line. In person it doesn't look that bad, I plan on getting him after Comic Con. Did anyone buy that one?

Got a chance to see the villains as well.

The Lightning Power Thor is 10 inches Tall. I wanted that one because there's just no way I can afford the Hot Toys Thor.
For some reason they don't tell you he says 10 phrases,

1. I am Thor!
2. FOR ODIN, FOR ASGARD!
3. I summon the thunder and lightning!
4. Destroyer, feel the power of Thor!
5. Thunder sound effect
6. Feel the rage of Thor!
7. Feel the might of my Hammer!
8.Whosoever holds this hammer, if he be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor!
9. You are no match for the Mighty Thor!
10. Frost Giants, HA, Feel the power of Thor!

Yup have both the hammers.

The Lightning Hammer has 1/8 inch thick RUBBER mallet head.

Do you think it's worth a buy? I love the little one, I didn't mess with the bigger one as much. I'm still debating that one as well.

I like them both but the hammer making Thundering sounds is what got me. The Nerf one will be great for Cosplay like I've said. It's perfectly scaled for us shorter fans, not to mention a bit lighter if you might be in costume a while.
If you HAVE to choose between the two I'd go with the Lightning hammer, the bells and whistles are worth it.

I haven't been here in years and not really sure if I can post this here but I am selling my entire collection of Marvel Legends, Icons, and Build-A-Figures. I really need to get rid of these things and people here might want to know about the auctions. It is not welcome I understand and will remove it.

133 Marvel Legends
17 Icons and Build-A-Figure

Because it's Wolverine. I keep telling people that he, Spider-man, and Ironman are Marvel's top characters. You put one of them in something, it sells. Period. Also when this pack was planned last year Warpath was on the team. And remember X-force X-23 is coming in basic figures later on. The debut of the new female body.

I'm glad they held off on Sue Storm, at least now she gets the new design, and won't look as bad as Kitty Pryde.

Dude there was a time I was buying every figure out there and STILL have alot of the original Toy-Biz figures and mostly the were X-men related.
I'm missing alot of the Thor's I once had. I lost them in a move somewhere but I had all the Thor's from the mego figure and up.

I find the 10 inch Hasbro is no more different in articulation than that Hot Toys really.
BOTH the shoulders aren't socketed so they move into better positions. Hasbro's Thor's arms hang down from the sides to straight out in front of him and bend at the elbow and only the left wrist twists, where the right one can't due to the light up Mjolnir.
Either way I'm glad I got the Hasbro version. I MAY paint parts of his chest armor black that should be black over being gray.

Good enough explanation for me, I'll have to pick it up next weekend after Comic Con then. Thanks for the heads up, Vartha.

Spideyboy, I went to Target last night, and they had the Iron Man figures as well. So not just Wal-Mart and Toys R Us.
