Why are schools so often the target? Is it usually someone who goes/went to the school or something random?

I think it's USUALLY been someone who attended the school. In this case, the guy was apparently a former student.

Schools are easy targets filled with uncommonly vulnerable unarmed young people. Basically it's a psychopaths idea of a buffet. And attacking a school results in almost immediate nationwide attention.

I don't know. I'm more inclined to think teen angst has something to do with it. The shooter probably haxx a bad time there, it wouldn't surprise me to learn he lashed out at a place where he had formerly been tormented.

Black Panther is still at 98% with 161 reviews. 2018 is off to a great start for Marvel Studios.

I'm watching Gone with the Wind for the first time in 15 years. I'm doing this for you, CC! I'm almost halfway through, and while I will say I'm enjoying it more in general than the previous time I watched it, Scarlett's hysterics still drive me up the wall.

Frankly Flick, I do 't give a damn.

That is one of my mom's all time fave movies. I've never been a fan.

I've never watched more than 5 minutes of Gone with the Wind. I need to get around to watching it at some point.

I've got no problem with "girly." I'm a huge Jane Austen fan, afterall. But this is something else entirely.

I'm still not willing to watch Gone with the Wind, that title makes me think of breaking wind.

No it is, it really is. As I said, I actually am appreciating the film a lot more than the last time I watched it as a teen. The ambition on display here is stunning. I still just can't stand Scarlett. And Ashley, actually. Rhett is great, though. I don't think I really appreciated him before.

Rhett and Olivia are great! I also like a lot of the smaller characters. Scarlet is an awful person in many ways. No denying that at all, LOL! But, especially for that era, few films match what Gone With the Wind was doing. It still looks very modern in many places. It is definitely a LONG movie, but we really don't see epics of this caliber much anymore. Last true epic like it I can think of was Return of the King.

Ew... I gotta say PR... If it's coming out green you may want to talk to your doctor about that.

Yes, Olivia's character Melanie is the definition of "too pure for this world," lol. I do wish they made more period epics these days.

Better out than in, according to Shrek.
