Evans is cool.

I was surprised how good he did portraying Captain America, especially in The Avengers, felt like he upped his game since The First Avenger.

Used to love the Biz's work but looking back at it I realise that it was mostly style over substance; he could produce a kick-ass painted splash page or cover but not much else really. Doesnt know the meaning of the words 'subtle' or 'restraint'.

The song "Davidian" by Machine Head used in the fan film fit so perfectly with the intro of Lobo, right away you could tell he's boss... It'd be cool to hear them use that song in the film.

This movie should be ridiculous/funny/cheesy in all the right ways.

I love Lobo.

Plus the film probably won't cost as much to make as the ones you mentioned above.

Taking into consideration the enormous success of The Avengers we should see a Justice League film within the next 5-10 years. Who knows if those characters will get their own film but seeing them in the Justice League should happen. Also another thing is that comic book films are the big money makers these days and Hollywood is essentially bankrupt when it comes to original ideas so of course they are gonna keep bringing more comic book characters to film. Not saying bringing all of those characters including Lobo onto film is a disaster but it is inevitable.

If they really do make this movie, they better make it with lower budget so they don't want to lose loads of cash.

I'm actually quite excited about this movie. The Lobo Paramilitary Christmas Special proves that Lobo can be likeable. I think hes a badass character. I wouldnt have cast the Rock but I can see why he was cast, hell do a kickass job.

What about the rumor that Lobo is going to be in Justice League? I guess Im cool with it, I liked his appearance in the animated series, but I definitely hope he isnt part of the team.

Seems it's gonna be a while before we see the main man up there on the silver screen. Maybe we'll see him as a villain in a Justice League sequel [the the 1st one ever gets made] at some point.
