Thor would make for a great cameo in a GOTG since he can be considered a cosmic hero as well.

I can see Rhodey as War Machine, if he's given the Eidolon warwear upgrade. I don't see Tony joining the team, but I could see Rhodey rationalizing that someone needs to come along to represent the USA/Earth interests (besides Peter Quill)..
