Wow, what a sexual deviant. We better lock this kid up before he goes on an unquenchable sexual rampage.
WONT SOMEBODY THINK OF THE CHILDREN?! I hope the backlash rains down on the faces of the school administers behind this. Skeet skeet. |

Suspension worthy? Probably not, but definitely not acceptable behavior. |

If it were my daughter, I'd fight the boy's suspension and the claims of harassment and instead ask him to write a nice card to my daughter.

Appropriate response - Teacher tells boy off. Suggest parents have talk with child about why behaviour is innappropriate.
Actual response - Suspension pending charges of Sexual Harrasment. Unbelievable. Seriously, people are pathetic. I'm curious, is Kiss Chase an illegal game in the school playground now? Cause, you know, having 6 year old boys chase girls who are desperately running away so they can kiss them seems a lot more worthy of being labelled 'sexual harrasment', and yet no one seemed to find it an issue when I was at school. |

This. When I was a kid, it was Right Said Fred's "Too Sexy." My parents would have had to get rid of the TV and never turn on the radio if they didn't want me to hear that song.

Maybe where you come from it's cool for kids to grind and simulate sex on each other, but in the real world that isnt acceptable and there are consequences. Even at 6 to 60 years old. |

First of all, he wasn't 'grinding on her' or simulating sex.
He was a kid, immitating moves he's seen on tv, and wiggling his bum. Second of all, yeah kids do weird stuff sometimes. In the REAL world. And adults deal with it by telling them off and explaining why it's not allowed. Not with a punishment that the kid doesn't even understand, that is implying the child had malicious intentions of a sexual nature. It's just a kid dancing... I work at a local social club with a function room. Last week there was a wedding and the kids where dancing to the disco, doing all their cute moves... And on comes that Rihanna song 'chains and whips exicte me' or whatever it's called. And not only are the little kids dancing too it, 'grinding' and wiggling their bums, they are singing along. They know the words. And I don't look at those kids and think their all sick sexual deviants. Last edited by hopefuldreamer; 05-29-2012 at 08:43 AM. |

Yeah that song is EVERYWHERE! Kids can't avoid it. Even the M&M was shaking it. So you can't blame him. He's only 6. Boys will be Boys!

Suspending the kid for this is a little over the top.

You know, I was with my girlfriend and we seen a bunch of little kids playing and there was this little boy who was singing that song and I said, "Really? These poor kids listen to that hot garbage?"
I almost immediatly had a flashback to 1992 when I was 5 and singing Right Said Fred's "I'm Too Sexy" in public. So I just stopped talking.
