I like Unforgiven best, but I think (or should I say hope?) that J. Edgar gives it a run for it's money.

X-Men: First Class

Loved it...though it throws some chronology out of wack and takes quite a few liberties with the source material (though all the x-men films have sooooo), I think it was extremely entertaining, well acted, and has a plot you can take seriously and pulls it off.
