The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes cartoon doesn't have a toyline?

I've wondered about this before. It is odd that a modern cartoon doesn't have a toy line, but I guess it's due to some legal stuff or something.

I've seen several episodes, and the show has really really good action scenes. The designs of the characters are also well done. It's a shame Hasbro isn't cashing in.
