Default Memorial Day Weekend

Wasn't quite sure where to put this but what happened to Memorial Day Weekend? This used to be the biggest movie weekend of the year but the last six or so years have been pretty lackluster. Is it the quality of movies, a shift in movie going patterns, something else?

Default Re: Memorial Day Weekend

The biggest films seem to be targeting different weekends for some reason. It used to be more significant for sure.
