most dev's are like that these day's what bw learned or I hope they did is to not over promise some thing and when you have people bateing you don't fall into it. as for pr people some of those people are as bad as the people of the web that come on to bate other into flame wars and so on. again it depends. But i'm ok with talking with the dev's that are actually honest then a PR person form marketing any day. there are actually descent PR people but their few and far in-between. Every thing's a learning process.

Personally, I really like how Bioware interacts with their fans, but even I can admit it isn't the best idea.
