Zod flings Superman into a sign saying, "Days without incident: 260" (I'm probably wrong on the number). Superman whacks into the sign knocking leaving only the "0" left on it!

I think I was the only person in a sold out IMAX screening that laughed at that point!
They should have shown the sign more, it was a blink-and-miss type thing. If they showed it better, it would have gotten more laughs.

I really appreciate Henry as Superman. I had my doubts at first but after seeing him in MOS he was born to play Superman... We finally have a Superman for the modern age. RIP Christopher Reeve. Thank you for all you did for us as Superman. The torch has been pass to Henry and if you were a live you would agree. Henry will now write his own legacy in many more Superman movie to come.

I think that was when the soldier was trying to warn Lois and then he fell from the back of the open plane. Might be wrong.

Pretty much any scene with Clark and his mother, especially the school scene. That damn made me tear up. I wasn't ever bullied, but I have a great relationship with my mom, so I got pretty emotional.

Reminded me of in Superman: Birthright when it shifts from a side view of baby Kal-El's space pod entering through the Earth's atmosphere to a side-view of a fired bullet.

I like the cameos of the two actors from battlestar galactica. The ones who played Helo and Gaeta. Who ever did the casting must have been a fan. Plus anything with Faora.

I loved all the Krypton scenes. I loved the Faora scenes. That was it!

I do have to say I really enjoyed the Supes shirtless scene after the oil rig rescue. I think Thor has some hefty competition in the superhero shirtless category. ;^)

I laughed at that line too. You can sue me if you'd like.

Nah. Probably just more a case of being competent Vancouver-based actors. If not, they were probably hired as a result of their appearances on Smallville if anything.

"Don't play games with me General."

That was a great solid line for him to give at that moment. The crowds I've been with ate it up too, chuckling/clapping because Cavill embodied Superman so much just in that one moment alone.

One of my favorite little things was seeing the LexCorp gas tanker truck in one fight scene. I also saw the 'Days Since Last Incident' sign gag, and I agree it went by very fast.

See that is a wonderful example of how we each get something different from the same thing. When Pa Kent died I nearly tore up because I lost my Dad to cancer back in 04 so I know what it's like to lose a father, I felt the pain in that moment.

I actually nearly tore up after Superman had killed Zod the anguish on his face, he didn't want to do it, in some ways Zod made him do it. He was horrified. Beautiful powerful scene.

The part about your Dad is making me sad. Actually, I lost one of my sisters in 04 in a car accident...
