For me, the films I rewatch the most are;

Mrs. Doubtfire (not a day goes by where I don't pull out the Mrs Doubtfire impression)
Batman Returns
Batman 1989
X-Men 1,2, DOFP
The Scream films
Devil Wears Prada
Beetlejuice
Jurassic Park
Avengers
Nolan's Batman films

Tv Shows:
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Angel

These are films (especially the first two) I can pop in whenever and never get sick or bored of them.

Darkman - This film just gets better-and-better for me as time flies by. As much as I adore The Evil Dead Trilogy, something about Darkman just fires on all cylinders for me. I love the action sequences, I love the comedy, I love the drama, I even appreciate the love story at the heart of the film. It takes from so many genres and yet somehow, someway Sam Raimi makes it all work out wonderfully by the end. I also love the lack of a happy ending, this is a tragic character and it's fitting to see him come to terms with that by the end. A masterful film and one that I wish more people would revisit.

Ok, I have to add this one because every time EVERY TIME is on tv, I have to watch it:
Planes, Trains and Automobiles. Dirty Rotten Scoundrels too. Classic Steve Martin always puts me in a good mood.

I think Lion King is one of the most rewatchable movies. I also watch Bridge On the River Kwai incessently, as well as The Good, the Bad, And The Ugly.

For me, it's Groundhog Day. I used to watch it all the time, but now I only do it once a year (on Groundhog Day obviously.)

Off the top of my head, a few of mine...

The Goonies (I've seen this more than any other movie. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it was well over 100, considering how often I used to watch it. I know people say "I've seen that hundreds of times" about a movie, but they really mean a couple dozen.)

The Monster Squad
Back to the Future
Swingers
The Princess Bride
National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation
Uncle Buck
Ghostbusters
Captain America: The Winter Soldier
The Avengers

Now that I have a toddler, these four movies (especially the first two) are on a constant loop at my house, it seems, and I'm fully ok with it...

Beauty and the Beast
Frozen
Cinderella
The Little Mermaid

The Dark Knight. Literally every scene in that movie is a winner to me.

Forgot about Hot Fuzz. Just watched it again for the second time in 4 months, never gets old.

To me, Reservoir Dogs is even better in this regard. A solid story with great dialogue, acting and pacing. That film just moves along perfectly without a single poor moment that could take me out of the movie. Pulp Fiction (and many others, obviously) may be the better film, but Reservoir Dogs is about as flawless of a movie that I can think of.

Personally for me it's "Casino". Not Scorcese's best film, but its still great, and its not overly-violent and crude like "Goodfellas". Sharon Stone is drop dead gorgeous in it, and Joe Pesci gets to show what a totally underrated actor he is.
