This is a very cartoony drawing, but I find myself really liking the design

It's pretty decent. It's more "superhero" than "ancient warrior," but there's nothing wrong with that.

Cute, though I wouldn't want it exactly like this in the movies

She looks like an anime character in that one. Not saying that that's a bad thing, just an observation.

You can blame DBZ, Cowboy Bebop, ect. It’s like everyone that was a teenager during the 90s grew up on Cartoon Network Anime and it influenceed a generation of artist and cartoonist.

I do like this physique for the Gal and this suit is a good option too.

I kind of like it. It's at least a halfway-decent explanation for why her top doesn't fall down any time she does anything athletic.

I'm amazed how many different opinions there are on this costume. Don't envy the people making the suit at all.

I do love that pic.

I think realistically we will wind up with something similar to the costume Rosamund Pike had in Wrath of the Titans but with Diana's color scheme.

for reference

Anything within that range would be fine. I think it's definitely the best direction to go.

What I really don't want is for her to end up in yet another uninspired jumpsuit.

Re: Rosamund Pike in Wrath of Titans

I'm hopeful that it will be a tad more ornate and ... other-worldy than the Wrath of Titans costume. The costume is fine. It's pretty practical. It looks decent.

But, it's a little too plain for me for "Wonder Woman" and definitely too plain for an Amazon Princess! It would be fine for background Amazons, but for their princess it needs to be something special.

And I think it would really need some upper arm bands to give the impression of bulk/muscle mass to the bicep area.

2nd and 4th from the left have my votes. I think Gal will need the shoulderpads to appear bigger.

DAMMIT, just give us the Donna Troy or Hippolyta costumes and be done with it. I don't care if Boy Scout disapproves.
