I'm really starting to believe the kiss happens in some similar way to this

If you look at the CC footage it looks strangely similar, with the smoke behind them and everything.
They both think he won't survive or something, then he flies away and saves the say

You just make sure you gif ALL the new footage!

And yes, AWESOME new footage! And Snyder is too cool.

We should also get our first footage of heat vision in action next week (or in a few days).

Awesome new footage aside, that writer for Salon who claimed that Man of Steel was going to be a propaganda film for the Pentagon is really jump all over this National Guard partnership. It should be very entertaining to see his response.

Love all the new glimpses. Especially that flying shot where he is semi floating.

Having said that, the All-Star ending wouldn't work for this film. It needs an established Superman with established relationships. I'm curious as to why his face has those marks. I'm sure it's not overexposure to the Sun, so maybe there was so sort of Phantom Zone leak-thing about the Black Zero?

Common sense. Norton posted the first of 3 Powers teasers today. They will post two more. First had examples of strength, flight and speed. Surely heat vision will follow in one of the other two. And that website goes live May 14th.

I prefer the Birthright ending. It was emotionally powerful.

No worries, I'm wondering if it might be a Phantom Zone phasing effect based on what looks like a collapsing portal in the background. Maybe Supes got too close and started to slip into the PZ. Visually, it is similar to how they did the effect in the New 52.

EDIT:

There are some really cool bits of footage in that. Where he sort of turns after flying upwards just looks incredible.
