I was hoping for that as well. That would be a dream come true if that ever happened to watch Dragon Ball Z, the way it was meant to be seen on cinemas.

I NEED to see the new movie. I loved DB before it hit the West. I can't find and purchase it anywhere online. How did you get to see it?

Watched the DB x One Piece x Toriko crossover. Nothing spectacular, could've benefitted from another 20 minutes to expand the action a little and give all the characters a bit more breathing room. I probably would've enjoyed it more if I was more familiar with Toriko and One Piece.

Since they didn't care how well it did, and only made it to hold onto the rights, I don't understand why they didn't just went crazy with it. It must have taken more work to think of how to ruin it every way imaginable, than to just stick to the Manga pages.

I'm a fan of the three, and i think the problem was that they took the most elements from the least popular franchise: Toriko. I mean, One Piece is the biggest one right now in Japan, and Dragon Ball is the most known worldwide, i'dd rather get some alien warlord or pirate legend/ Navy legend than some food monsters.

Well, they needed something to unite all 3 main heroes. Food makes the most sense.

Anyone notice a resurgence in the popularity of DBZ in the past year?

Toriyama is revisiting DBZ once again, this time exploring Goku's mother, Gine.

It seems to be the Body Building forums' favorite anime.

I hope it's not gonna play like Battle of Z. That was rather disappointing. They need to go back to the Tenkaichi/Sparking gameplay.

The visuals so far aren't too bad.
