It's funny. I created this thread and forgot all about it... damn.

I love the free roam ideas that you've all posted... and also the unlocking of different characters and abilities. That would indeed work best for a game with this character

What would be the coolest of all cool would be an RPG much like the Final Fantasy series. They could use that as a template. I would love to see the entire cast of the Midnight Sons take place in a world saving adventure. New characters can be used throughout the game and all kinds of crazy enemies could show up.

What'ya think of that?

Give it to a developer who's passionate about the character, not a developer that has the best track record. That way, the fans will love it and it will have a good chance of being a great game.

A Ghost Rider game would be sweet only if done right. I don't want a game where you go through every level and beat up bad guys and fight the main bad guy at the end. That's been done so many times already. I want a game with a story to it. Take the plot-line from the movie, and change it around a little. Have a different bad guy. Or have two. I don't want it to be cheesy, like the games Acclaim makes. None of that stuff. I want excellent gameplay, and excellent graphics. All the stuff you need to make a game worth playing.

The highest rating I would accept for it would be between an 8.5 and a 9.0.

hmmmmmm......not thinking a great deal about the game at the moment as i'm trying to get books and am more obssessed with the film.....however the game imo should have a strong story like MGS but have the free riding style of gta.

a Damn nice pic FH....that was probably when they believed GR would hit the big screen. would have been a nice tie in.
really like the graphics in that pic too...and just think, the new game will more than likely be 100x better than that. cant wait

I've never heard about that game before. How come I've never heard about that game before? I have to know about these things. Damnit!

Awesome picture though. Did they ever release that game?

Other stuff that never made it then but, will definatly soon. Hopefully anyway. I wanna see that skull on fire everywhere I look!

As for the game, if the graphics looked that damn good back in the 90's, just imagine what they could do with it today. I just wonder why type of game it would be.

Just some trivia.
In Namco's 3d fighting game Soul Blade(ps1) the final boss Cervantes changed in a thing VERY close to Ghost Rider when beaten the first time, then you had to fight his skeleton engulfed in purple flames(possessed by the evil sword) that CASUALLY had armour and boots unburned, thus remaining...

after

Hey awesome find Flamehead, that looks great. It can only be better when they make it now.

Also, I haven't seen anybody mention this, but GR actually has been in a video game(though it doesn't look anywhere as cool as what Flamehead found). Spiderman:separation anxiety for the super nintendo. It's a fighting game where along the way SM can pick up 1 of I believe 4 icons that he can use to help him when the fighting is rough. 1 is hawkman, 2 daredevil 3 captain america 4 Ghost Rider. Been awhile since I played it, so I'm not sure if I got all the characters right. But I know 1 is GR, because that's why I got it, in fact got 2 of them

I'm looking forward to the game as much as the movie, the possabilities are amazing. Imagine a grand theft auto type game with a huge city(with some desert stuff-has to have that) to ride around in, frying souls with hellfire and such. AWESOME.

Ghost Rider's in a Super Nintendo game? AWESOME is right! I just got my old super nintendo back from my sister (who I gave it to for her kids) who didn't need it anymore. I just have to find that game now. Thanks for the heads up!

Hmmm... they seemed to change the character enough to get away with any copyright laws but it's defiantly inspired by our favorite flaming demon. No doubt in my mind.

Your welcome, and try ebay, I've seen it there recently. The two copies I got were used without the documentation and manual. I've been wanting to find one with manual and box and all, so I could see the pics and whatever they have to say about GR, but no luck finding a new one. You shouldn't have any prob finding the game though.

Ah yes... Ebay. Wonderful Ebay. I'll certainly try that. I'm gonna look around the local pawn type shops first. You never know what you'll find there... and I've never bothered lookin' at the multitude of SN games before. Had no reason to.

People have probably eaten up all the Spiderman merchandise by now though.
