I'm incredibly hard on myself and extremely easy on others in terms of expectations.

I'd be better off if it were more in the middle on both counts.

There were a few times....but I am sure I deserved it. I can have a pretty antagonistic approach, even if I don't mean to. So that would probably be my real most appalling attribute.
