Alright, here's another question fer those who'd know more.

When a comic was produced with say an upside down cover or all 22 of it's pages are th' same 4 pages repeated, what condition are these assigned? I recall once somewhere sayin' these are poor quality issues and therefore ain't worth much, but I thought I'd get verificaiton on that.

the most detailed rundown you can find of the guidelines is in the introductory sections of the Official Overstreet Price Guide
CGC is far from perfect too. My comic book store had two graded comics one was 8.5 and the other was a 9.0 and they had stains on the back cover, the white was almost yellow an there were creases on the cover. My wife bought me ASM #129 which was graded. (One of the first comics ever graded by CGC) and they gave it a 7.5, but looking over it it is in pristine condition. I'd be curious to see what they give it if they regrade it. I'm betting it would at least score a 9.0

That's a really tricky issue with no simple answer, really. Depending on the situation surrounding the book, and what the person you're trying to sell it thinks, printing errors may make no difference in the value, or they may make all the difference
