I was thinking about who else could be included this the other day and Psylocke came to mind. While I agree she is a huge part of the comic world, and one of my faves, I don't think she has much of a place in the movies. Doing the combo version, including making her a villain, is a good way to make her unique and include her. I'm all for it.

(However, since they are making the combo version, that does make her more unique so maybe her part could have bigger. In another movie without a dozen other characters.)

Honestly, I think it's better to keep her part smaller. She may be a big part of the comic world, but there are too many other characters that are bigger. Hopefully this will lead to something bigger as a hero later on.

I'm torn between "I wish they had made her British and told the story of how she became Asian" and "I understand why they didn't".

I don't think the British to Asian story would have fitted very well with the first two films - but hey we can still dream

More likely A Bunch of Angry Mutants Who Don´t Want To Be Cured or Killed or Sentinelled And Want to Kick Humanity´s Ass, And The Reason They´re Not Joining X-Men Is Just Because They´re A Bunch Of Pacifist Hippies While Magneto Is a Badass Who Really Wants To Fight Back.

I have a feeling that Rattner will kill half the cast list in the great finale, including some fan fave characters, and not only the three rumoured ones.

It's very telling that Worthington Sr. was, at one time, thought to be the main villain. And of course we know that it's him that triggers the production of the Cure.

That is why i don't get why a lot of people actually think that anyone who is administered with the Cure will be cured permanently. We already know Magneto's position with the cure. I doubt Xavier and his X-men is for it either. We can't have our heroes fight against something that is beneficial to the lot. So there's something else to the Cure.

i dont know if anyone has suggested this, but does anyone think its a possiblity that all these mutants follwing the brotherhood might be under a little MIND CONTROL? i mean, on the bridge scene, mags does have jean on his side. just a thought. that would solve all the "why are they villians now?" worries.

yay for psylocke. they'll probably just retcon this part when/if they add her into future x-movies. i dont mind small continuity errors when the parts are just nameless cameos. however, i stick with my gambit opinion that unless she is a real character in the movie, she should be saved for the future of the franchise.
