Arrow Spider-Man Elimination Game Suggestion Box

Hello,

Since many of you are familiar with Quentin Beck's Spider-Man Elimination Game, and since he's always asking for suggestions for a new round, I figured a Suggestion Box Thread might be a good idea.

Here are the previous games done...

Round 1: Villains

Round 3: Goblins
Round 4: Peter's Family and Friends
Round 5: Villains named after Animals
Round 6: Villain Teams

Round 11: The Final. All top 10 winners battle off.
Round 12: Doesn't exist... never happened... either deleted by mods or the game was never played.
Round's 13 to 16 were just random villains and characters.

Round 36: Best Spider-Man TAS cartoon episode: Season One
Round 37: Best Spider-Man TAS cartoon episode: Season Two
Round 38: Best Spider-Man TAS cartoon episode: Season Three

I liked Mister J's idea a few Elimination games back, I think it was artists, that sounded cool.

Here would be the list to use, and you can't include Romita Sr nor Ditko, because it would just be a battle of those two.

1. Keith Pollard
2. Ron Frenz
3. Todd MacFarlane
4. Eric Larsen
5. Marc Bagley
6. John Romita Jr.
7. Ross Andru
8. John Byrne
9. Mike Deodato
10. Mark Texiera

Wow thanks for making the thread manofbat! and no we haven't had a woman in peter's life elimination game yet. So I probably do the C list character round next and then the woman in peter's life. Thanks for the suggestions you guys!

Just another that popped into my head...The "Death Becomes them" elimination game....the best written deaths

Gwen Stacy ASM 121
Harry Osborn SSM 200
Aunt May ASM 400
Doc Ock ASM 398?
Uncle Ben AF 15 (May want to consider "not" using this one for obvious reasons)
Norman Osborn ASM 122
Spiderman FNSM 3
Carnage New Avengers 2
George Stacy ASM 90

Great idea, but I'd drop Gwen from the list because she's the obvious winner.

Maybe add Ned Leeds in the Spidey/Wolverine One-Shot...

And also add Kraven the Hunter in ASM #295.

Well, I wouldn't include Uncle Ben's death for the same reason, even Captain Stacy's (maybe)

I would also include Ben Reilley & Nathan Lubensky (who died trying to save May from the Vulture).

In fact I would flip that around and suggest an "All-Time WORST deaths" poll. God knows there's enough to pick from.
Lol,..I was being sarcastic .....Carnage's entry in this game is what I like to call the "whipping boy" entrant.......that entrant that everyone attacks immediately....to warm the game up.....not unlike "Other" being part of the "Greatest arc" game and "JMS" being part of the "Writers" game....

Nathan Lubensky ASM #336
Norman Osborn ASM #122
Spiderman FNSM #3
Carnage New Avengers #2
Ben Reilley PPSM #75

I'm sure we could nail a coupel more token Spidey deaths...

Didn't Madam Web die in the Gathering of the Five story?

Actually, it was Alison Mongrain who died in issue #441.

I just checked.

Are you counting the "psychic" guy from "The Evil that Men do?" as one of the Mysterios?.....to me he's just a wannabe that bought a suit from KingPin

The original shot himself and died, but the second one from way back in the 100's came back in the relaunch, but has gone into limbo.

Someone should put a list of the previous 19 Spidey Games so that I can put them in the first post.

That way, we don't see repetetive lists.

For deaths we could have:

3. Norman Osborn (GG1)
4. Aunt May (temporary)
5. Kraven the Hunter
6. Harry Osborn (GG2)
7. Jean Dewolf
8. Ned Leeds
9. Uncle Ben (maybe, but he'd win by a landslide)
10. Ben Reilly
11. Ezekial (If you didn't use #9)
