How many times have they fought, and what were the outcomes?

Not sure how many but HULK beat him with one hit......recently

Yeah, they've fought many times. Hulk would edge out the thing in their history but in a most recent fight and as HULK LOVER said, Hulk beat the Thing with one hit.

In Hulk Thing hard knocks Thing tells a story of how they have fought and Thing beats him. Hulk has definately won more than Thing though.

In the Hulk Thing hard knocks tpb, there is an old issue from the 80s where Hulk and Thing's minds switch bodies. It made for an interesting match. I didn't know who to root for.

Yeah, but even in that instance the Thing admits that the Hulk was weakened by that Ray... ( I forget the Origins of the weapon and I'm not home to look it up). The Hulk was so knocked for a loop by that ray that he didn't even remember the fight.

Yep. The story wasn't really even about the Hulk and Thing's fight so much as the "deeper stuff". I don't want to give anything away, but I thought it was a great read and recommend it.

The Thing as only beaten Hulk once one on one. It was the pineapple/spiky Thing who`s power were greatly increased vs the grey Hulk during the day.
