yeah, that teaser poster came out a few months back. We don't know anything other than that Joss Whedon wants to direct. Everything else is fan speculation. I don't think they even have a script.

Geena Davis would be a terrible Wonder Woman, IMO. I like her ok as an actress, but really, bad choice

I'm fairly sure a script has been turned in about a few weeks ago. There was buzz a while back that Whedon was going to turn in his script any day. Then he made some rather long post on his site, or somewhere, talking about a whole bunch of stuff, and at the very end he added "Oh and I turned in a script for something, dont remember what". From what I've seen of Whedon's sense of humor listening to DVD commentaries, he was referring to the Wonder Woman script and was being ironic.

I hope his lousy sense of humor does not translate into a lousy Wonder Woman movie.

I'm starting to think now that the Wonder Woman that we will see will be more like a Wonder Girl...

...I bloody hope not.

I don't want to pay to see a Buffyesque Wonder Woman movie.

Whedon Gives Wonder Woman Update

SCI FI Wire caught up with Joss Whedon who says he's wrapping up the Wonder Woman script:

"I'm probably going to turn it in in a few days," Whedon said of his Wonder Woman script. "It's coming along. ... There will be all of the expected stuff. Of course there will be the bracelets; there will be the invisible jet, the lasso, all of that... It's about girls maturing, a rite of passage, that kind of thing."

He added that it's too early to speculate on casting for the film and that their aiming for production to begin later this year.

I think that Wonder Woman's casting of an "unknown" actress might change depending on how the new Superman movie does with an unknown actor as the lead.
