sorry but I'm a computer clutz generally. I can surf the web, but that's pretty much it.
I downloaded Quicktime the other day, and now it's default the media player for everything. How do I switch it back to Windows Media Player? thanks |

Uninstall Quicktime player I guess
... And next time watch what you 'check' and 'uncheck', when you make your default player selections.

In Windows Media Player go to Tools > Options > File Types and select all of the ones you want changed back to WMP.
Or open Quicktime, and go into Edit > Preferences > Quick Time Preferences > File Types, and unselect whatever you want. Either of those should work, You might have to do both though.
