Everyone can go through adventure mode. Why would they not let a character do it.

Why would it be a problem for Snake to be in the adventure mode? The fighters are all statues of the characters they represent given life, after all. No need for Snake's baggage to become involved at all.

Yeah, it's gonna rule. I'm looking forward to playing as Snake. I tend to prefer the human-sized characters like Captain Falcon and Sheik over the cartoony ones anyway, and Snake is about as awesome as human-sized characters get.

It's definitely fake. The image on that monitor's not even at the right perspective for how the monitors are angled.

Not really.. It's actually pretty convincing. I'd have to watch a really high-res version of the trailer to be sure.

That monitor is at a head-on view while all of the other monitors behind Samus are at an angle.

This is the actual image. The monitor, like the one not far below it, is basically straight on. The problem is that when enlarged there is no signs of the sonic symbol, not that the perspective is wrong.

Yeah, I looked at the original a few minutes ago on the Brawl website. The stuff displayed on the monitor below it makes it look like that monitor as at a much more exaggerated angle than it really is, which threw me.

Anyway, it's still fake because, as you said, someone took a monitor with random blue crap on it and edited the Sonic logo in.

I'd actually prefer MegaMan over Sonic, if we had to choose. He seems like he'd be more fun. Maybe Rush could be an Assist Trophy, too.

If there are other MGS characters in, I hope Gray Fox is there in his ninja mode.

I still think Bomberman would be perfect for the game... And it's too bad Nintendo lost alot of their contracts they had during the N64 days, cause we could get Turok and 007 and Joanna. Banzo Kazooie would've been cool too.

That would've been cool. On the bright side, it looks like we might get some Hammer Brothers action in Brawl. I really hope they have a playable Hammer Brother. Boo would be cool, too. Those guys were great.

I still think Sonic is a shoe in....fans have been clamoring for this forever....and thinking about the solidification of freindship between Nintendo and Sega just make seem that much more likely.

Personally I agree, that I would rather have Mega Man. For years he was a Nintendo staple character, to the point that he was a main character on Captain N: Game Master.

Mega Man would be awsome.

i dont know if its a fake, i really dont care any way, i think that it is almost obvius that sonic will be a playable, he was the most requested character by the fans, sega and nintendo do have a great relationship, there is already a game with sonic and mario coming to the wii, shigeru miyamoto wants sonic in it, even tho he has nothing to do with the game, nintendo and sega were in talks about sonic a while ago, i think we will see sonic, with snake, we have to remember that they will only include 2 or 3 third party characters, along with snake. so we might just see nake and another character, sonic i think. in my personal opinion i think he should be in it, it would be awesome to see mario and sonic fight. i also want to see ganondorf and capt falcon!! (ganondorf with diferent moves, maybe a sword, and for the final smash, Ganon! kinda like giga bowser!)
