Kid Devil question
Haven't been reading Teen Titans...is Kid Devil the same kid who used to be Blue Devils sidekick? If so, how'd he get transformed into his present demonic form?

yeah, he is the same kid. they haven't really stated how he transformed as of yet.

No he isn't, he used to be a human in a stunt suit that he created himself along with a weaponized trident. It hasn't been reveal exactly how he got to his demonic form, probably in 52 it'll be shown.
Here's a current picture of him from the cover of Teen Titans #37, which of course could explain it there as well.  Also, there official Teen Titans thread is right here.
