Customised ringtones on pda phone

Hi. I am using an O2 XDA IIs pda phone which runs on Windows Mobile. Currently my phone can only play one polyphonic ringtone.

Is there a software out there which allows me to personalise my ringtones for each name in my contacts list?

Is there a software which allows me to use MP3 as ringtones?

well there are lots of sites that have ringtones for cheap prices. as for the software, id say probably, Windows makes programs for just about everything
