This poster is amazingly beautiful and majestic, but does it represent everyone worldwide as Superman should?
Should there be international posters where Superman is hovering over other Continents/Countries? ![]() I really enjoyed seeing the Batman Begins 'around the world' posters and thought that was a great marketing strategy. Afterall, Superman is a global hero. Last edited by phoenixflight; 05-16-2006 at 07:36 PM. |

I was kinda hoping that Superman would be floating over a generic part of the world. By this I mean the land underneath him would be indistinguishable. This would have made it more universal.
Saying that, Superman is primarily an American icon, so why not have him floating over America (I'm not being patriotic, I'm from the UK). The poster is altogether epic and iconic. Great stuff. Last edited by ak.; 05-16-2006 at 07:34 PM. |

The poster represents who Superman is, what he is, and why he is.
This is similar to the STM poster. The huge streak and silver "S" spoke to me as "THE GUY". Same thing here. I woukld think no one would agree on me with the STM poster comparsion but I agree on all of them that this is the best Superman poster that shows who he truly is. |

cool poster, posters are best when they represent actual scenes...
my only gripe is that the fx work in the actually scene barely looks more real this the graphics in this poster. all the backgrounds in starwars are blue/green screen and they still manage to make the actors look real, I just can't get over how easy it would have been (ala STM) to make that scene(floating over the world) look more believable

Since this poster seems to be the one from Showest behind Singer, I assume we will be getting the other one with Superman and Lois silouhetted in a clos up kiss.

I think we will get 3 character-posters, 2 new posters with only Superman and the last official poster.

Definitely there should be more. Most movies of SR's size have 3, 4, 5 different posters, at least.

I love that poster.
I would be so happy if those were the final colors for the film.

The only thing I would change from the poster would be the font.
