Mutants with immune power

Which mutants have immune power and how could that help them when their in a battle? To start off (most of u should have known this first person was coming up), Storm is immune to cold and heat AND telepathy, iceman is immune to cold, Magma is immune to heat and flame..anyone else got a couple?

bishop simply absorbs energy, though he's not completely immune, if he absorbs too much energy he becomes super saturated and that can really hurt him. but for the most part this renders him immune to most energy attacks, including psionic.

cyclops and havok actually get physically stronger everytime they're hit with each others energies. though the newly revealed vulcan, summers brother 3, seems to be able to hurt them. speaking of vulcan since he can manipulate all kinds of energy he seems to be immune as well.

Yeah, i know about the cyclops and alex thing. It does make since since they can't get hurt by eachother's power.

Before a Storm hater says it... Ororo is not immune to cold, heat or telepathy, she is just more resistant than others.

Thunderbird is immune to radiation (X-Men 132). Incidentally in that issue, the other mutant not wearing a radiation suit was Ororo, so she might be too.

Leech is negates any power as long as its in his field, that could be immunity. Iceman isint really immune to cold because than he wouldnt be able to use it. He is immune to its harmfull effects though. Pyro is immune to all fire that is under his psionic control.

Are you sure about that? I was under the impression that Pyro was not immune to fire at all, as evidenced by Factor-X number one, which showed him covered in burns from igniting himself.

From what I know, he is immune to fire that is under his control. But fire that isint under his control can hurt him. And If you think about how close the fire he controls is to him sometimes, it would burn him badly if he was not immune to it.

Yeah.

When he has flame under his control, he just keeps it from ever touching him...which is why it would appear that he is immune to its effects.

I guess Wolverine has several immunities due to his healing factor building up a resistance to bacteria and stuff.

AoA is totally different. He was alterd by Dark Beast so that he could create flame but it burned his skin. If we are talking about 616 than he's dead anyway so who cares. But in AoA, his powers were different.

Which is why he always wore a highly insulated uniform when dealing with large quantities of fire.

And the fire that burned him WAS under his control.

In 616 Pyro was immune to any fire that he was controling. One scene had him channeling the fire through his body for fun and it apparently felt good.

Gazer was immune to radiation. I dont know what his powers are now (besides brute Horseman strength)

As A Horseman didnt Archangel have venom in his blood that he was immune too.

Colossus is immune to drowning/suffocating (although i woudlnt normally say it that way) since he doesnt have to breath when in steel form. Is it the same for Emma in diamonf form?

Like Leech, Pulse also has a negating abilities.
