I can't tell specific numbers, but generally signed issues will increase in value at a retailer comic-shop, but even then it depends on what issue, how rare is it, who signed it, even where it is signed, etc. A rule of thumb that I've learned is that most issues are worth as much as the person you're selling it to is willing to pay (from a private collector's standpoint). There are people that use handbooks for values, and start that as the base price, but if your selling it by bidding it could easily go higher than intended.

Usually, as I said, the worth is dependant on how much the person is willing to pay for them. Since your not selling them, I'd say the worth would be higher if it is signed by an artist or writer you personally like. Most generally, a signature will bring the price up a bit. I'm sorry I misunderstood the question, I hope I was able to help a little.

Generally, an autograph will lessen the value of a comicbook... unless the autographer is a true legend of the industry and/or dead.

Considering what most people thinks about Joe Q these days they probably would prefer to burn all copies signed by him

Aloha,
Very true. A professionally graded comic that has ANYTHING on the cover, loses value.Plus, you need to get proof now adays that the autograph is authentic. When possible, it's good to get a picture of the person while they are signing the comic.I would imagine that within the comic book world, Stan Lee's autograph will always increase the value of a comic. And if you can get a series of comics that are specially autographed with COA, those will also keep their value.Like most things in the world of collectibles-the value of a particular person's autograph is as great as the person puts upon it.

so basically a signed issue by Quesada and/or JMS could get you stoned...(Not the drug one related, the biblical one where they throw stones at you till you're dead...) so I'd get a stan signed one... If you can get that close to Quesada and JMS you should kick them in the nads for screwing spidey...
