Umm, so who was this? I'm speaking of the guy that Wolverine was fighting, and got impaled by.

I did a search, came up with nada. Thanks.

When I first saw Bones flying I thought of Spyke from X-Men: Evolution.
Then when I saw the spikes appear, I thought of JMS's Spider-Fake.

That's disappointing. They spent enough time on that scene, they could have at least used it to give some limelight to some other character for fanboys to cream themselves over.

God, that is probably the thing I hate the most about these films. There are hundreds of existing characters to choose from...why make one up?

i thought spike was storm's nephew (at least in the evolution series). not sure who he was in the comic book.

if he didn't fit any of these descriptions....then yep he's a random mutant made up--who just happened to have similar powers and name...but is not the same spike from x-men history.

the sad part is the way those spikes slowly slithered out of his arms looked so much like how omega reds tencles might have come out if he would have been in the movie, after seeing that spike guy I knew they could have put Omega Red in the movie easily...I don't know about story wise though,lol.....

not sure if anyone looked at imdb.com but it said Spike was in the movie, im thinking he was the dude throwing bones/spikes at wolverine. but if u guys seen the xmen Evolution tv series, Spike was Storms nephew and he was like 15.

anyone else notice?

Spike was the person everyone says was quill. The guy throwing spikes was harpoon.

Good job, except for the fact you are wrong. Quill is actually, in the credits, Kid Omega, played by Ken Leung. Spike is someone else entirely...
