How can u tell, we can only see part of it and the only difference is color as of right now.

We would have to see it fully to actually compare.

Because in the first one the first 2 spider legs are pointing up towards his face. In the black suit pic the first 2 spider legs are pointing outwards like the symbiote spider

Yeah, it's deffinately a changed spider, combined with the whole druggy look they've got for Peter, I think they are no doubt doing the black suit and it's corupting him.
