Is ssj4 Goku stronger then ssj3?from the feats that he showed he's not but is he stronger then ssj3?

We have already argued about this. You are the one who started that last thread. Why do it again if you forgot just read it over again. SSJ4 is obviously stronger then ssj3. Its common sense.
