Bobby or Gambit

What would you guys like to see Gambit in X1 X2 and X3 or should Bobby still be the guy.
And who is better for Rogue, Gambit or Bobby

If they could make it believable with Gambit that would be cool.

But Gambit needs to be older to get his personality right and it could come off as forced or just creepy.

plus Bobby deserves to get a girl once in his life, and his and rogue's relationship was based on something more than physicality so there is something there.

I say Bobby and Rogue,

I voted Gambit and Rogue because Gambit's a wild card that only Rogue can tame besides the contrast between the two makes them a great match opposites attract.

this will lead to many people flaming me...but i never really liked gambit all that much. Though i've always been an iceman fan...so in my opinion it was better to see bobby. as for the relationship with rogue..it bothered me when i first heard about it..but when i finally saw it on film i was pleased.

Their's only one Cutsey couple in the X-men U which can be allowed and that's Jean and Scott

I personally don't want to see a teenage Gambit. He has to be old enough to have a shady past. People freak out enough about Bobby and Rogue being too young.

when Gambit does finally get cast and appears, people are going to be whining for years.

and all of Iceman's relationships in the comics have failed. Lorna went with Havok instead, I believe he also had a crush on Psylocke (though I could be wrong) and in Ultimate X men he is basically obsessed with Rogue even though she doesn't return the affection.

I agree they are kind of boring, but I don't want her to just see Gambit and be all like Bobby who? especially after she cured herself for him. It wouldn't make sense, I'm all for it if they can make it believable. I always though Bobby and Kitty would make a good couple, them being the most normal of all the X men.

It would have to be Iceman because Gambit doesnt even exist in X1 X2 or X3... man three chances to introduce Gambit and nothing... I guess Wolverine can just end up with her.

, Ultimate X-men is horrible it's no 616 that's for sure

I doubt ppl will freak at teenage Gambit besides who says Gambit has to be teenage he can be in he's early too late 20's and that would still look fine i mean Anna isn't that young. And have you been to the Gambit thread? ppl dont' mind a young Gambit unless they want Holloway but he's like the worst choice ever. (sorry i ramble)

that reason makes no sense given that you have been given the option too choose Gambit regardless

Neither are the movies.

I honestly don't care about Gambit, and by this point I think a lot of fans want any one to play him.

and I agree Josh Holloway isn't as good a choice as everyone seems to think he is, and he would be way too old for Anna (who actually is in her twenties, but whos character along with Bobby and Pyro are presented as late teens. even though the actors are in mid to late twenties)

Oh sorry about that what i ment was that i thought 616 was good unlike ultimate which isn't that bad but not it's not that good, on the other hand i liked the first 2 movies so the movie verse was pretty good until this atrocity IMO came out.

i don't think what they had really counted it was soo short, and Magneto?? don't you mean Joseph cuz her thing with Magneto was alternate timeline. Who cares in the end she's still Remy's girl and He's still her Man.

I love the first two movies also, but they are very different than the comics.

I actually never understood how Rogue and Magneto were together in AoA, it was kinda cool, but really wierd.

The same was in X men Evlution, they sort of forced them into a relationship just because fans love them together.

I'd rather see Gambit chasing Rogue in the movies with Rogue not being interested in him that Bobby/Rogue, but fallenAngel brings up a good point. I don't want to see the X-Men suddenly recruiting new mutants, we see a man on a motorcycle, he says he's from New Orleans, he flirts around and takes an interest in Rogue. It should be done right, not forced and rushed.

I want bobby and rogue broke up-if she was so in love with bobby she wouldn't have had a crush on logan,what they have is puppy love and now she can touch the reality of a real relationship won't last.She should definitely be single at the beginning of the sequel and flirt like crazy with gambit(possibly more but not until the end of the movie).
