Thanos would definitely win.
He controls time and space.

Goku, Vegito, and Gogeta are characters that I love, but no way would they beat Thanos. Speed is not even a factor in this one.

Through meditation and certain mystical techniques, Thanos augmented his power in still other ways, enabling him to tap, transform, and direct vast quantities of cosmic energy for destructive force. His skin in nearly invulnerable, particularly against heat, cold, electricity, radiation, toxins, aging, and disease, and he can survive indefinitely without food or water even before his "curse" from Death left him immortal, unable to die. His mind is also invulnerable to most forms of psychic attack, and can project a psionic blast of energy as well as blasts of plasma/cosmic energy from his eyes and hands. He usually employs a hovering chair with additional offensive weapons and the ability to teleport fantastic distances. I get this question all the time, and its one of fandom's most popular (and annoying) queries. Can so-n-so beat such-n-such?

There are no easy answers to most "versus" questions, especially where Thanos is concerned, and people seem to come up with both logical matchups (Dr. Doom, Apocalypse, Darkseid, Superman, Galactus, Doomsday, the Hulk), and somewhat illogical ones (Goku, Dormammu, Evil Ernie, Obnoxio the Clown).

The fact is, any good writer can find good reasons why nearly anyone can beat anyone else. It just takes a little knowledge, a little imagination, and a little thought, and you can come up with something plausible that doesn't smack of bad writing, or simple ignorance. Too often, however, such solutions can often be attributed to Dues ex Machina, or groan-inducing last-minute plot-twists (Rats! That wasn't Doctor Doom! It was just a stupid Doom-Bot!). To this end, versus questions are rather redundant most of the time, because most hypothetical battle situations fans cook up in their noggins involve people with similar power-levels, power-levels that are rather ill-defined, and often show a lack of knowledge on the part of the fan. As I stated before, if you can find a good reason, anyone can beat anyone else.

Okay say all you want about Superman but don't spout crap about Thanos. I actually am a thanos fanboy and I know he could easily take out any DBZ character below Vegito's level. Not only is he nearly immeasurably strong but he has massive mind control abilities and could easily halt the advance of any DBZ character and punch their freakin head off. But with the Heart of the Universe he's a different story and since he is borderline omniscient and could outhink supercomputers with ease he could think Goku out of exsistence before he could form a word in his mind. I mean we are talking about a guy who destroyed the universe twice then got bored and left.
