I was hoping to see the origin story, not something about high schoolers...

Rest of it sounds really good though, cant wait to find out the truth behind strykers plans for wolverine because X2 Stryker doesnt really seem as concerned towards mutants as he appears in this script...

This script sucks.... Uggh I don't like how they make Sabretooth a "Mutant" killer. I don't think that Worthington labs is worried about Mutants as of now. Or else Magneto would have had plans to destroy the industry earlier on, not durring the point in time that X3 is held. Plus Sabretooth is a mutant so why would he be atacking his kind? And in both X2 and X3 there is references made that Wolverine recieved his claws "You were allways an animal, I just gave you claws" "I was fighting for this befor you had claws." those two lines (which are allmost identicle to what was said in the movies) would make the people believe taht Wolverine never had Claws befor his weapon X experience. Allthough Bone claws are from his origion, I would rather see them not included (just his healing factor). Plus that hole scene where Sabretooth "crushes" wolverines claws is stupid.

I agree about the claws bit, I don't like the bone claws.

The rest of it though isn't too bad.

They need to get Brian Cox back. It will hurt the movie if not. People will need to see another familiar face.

Beak is a fairly new character i'm surprised they're adding him to the Wolvie movie.

Ys but AICN's credibility isn't very good. Latino Review is one of the most credible and reliable movie sites on the web, and when they get a script, it's the real thing.

All in all, it sounds like a good script.

But I must admit I'm quite dismayed that it seems my absolute favorite X-character, Maverick/Agent Zero is getting tweaked. He seems to be a mere thug in the film, and he's really much more interesting than that.

Why does everyone hate the bone claw thing. I'm happy they are actually using what is in the comics. It's not like they're introducing the character X-23 as a daughter or anything like that.

Well, that is a part taken straight from comic lore. Sabertooth did kill one of Wolverine's loved ones....at least until they brought silver fox back again....only to have Sabertooth kill her....again, that got a little confusing. I always liked it better when she died in the past, because that was such a kickass issue and one of the sweetest Wolverine Sabertooth fights. Anyways, the point being, it's in his history, it's not like the studio threw it in there for the hell of it.

Ug overblown and overdone like X3. They should just do the Weapon X saga more or less the same with Stryker instead of the Professor. The script sounds convoluted and full of unnecessary cameos that probably add nothing to the story.

.... damn I am disappointed... I thought we'd be getting some Cold War special ops top secret weapons X project and we get a bunch of high schoolers... I know they wanted to keep it realistic but this is a real downer... who'se the character that was supposed to be in x3??? Blob??? Give me a break... no Omega is a huge downer... hopefully this is false stuff...

THis is at least the first half of the film... I just don't want to see a whole one versus one hunting mutants movie... Stryker hiring a team to hunt down mutants is a good plot and all, but... just not what I was looking for... what are these lists first of all??? Is Sabertooth working for the U.S government??? That's pretty lame... I hope there is a lot more too this... I know Sliver Fox was an important love interest... (wouldn't be suprised if she came back at the end) but no Japan (Deathstyke or Mariko)? No Omega Red? Yeah they said there were more mutants (but I think those are just low key mutants on Stryker's hit list)... I am certainly not banking on a trilogy so yeah this is disappointing... I'll still love it though... Wolverine is my second favorite next to Batman...

the review mostly focuses on Act 1 and went REALLY in depth into it.

After reading this... I think Strker just makes a team that goes hunting for mutants... prolly Maverick, Wraith, and maybe deathstryke (I hope)... but who the hell will they be hunting??? Mutants with four arms??? The Blob??? it just don't float my boat... and I am wondering why Creed goes on a killing spree in the first place... don't know why the script never explained that... and Omega Red does not fit this plot... it isn't too much of a suprise considering what Beinoff wanted... but I thought he was crucial...
