When is Joss Whedon going to announce that he is again almost done with his script?

Every time I read some news item from Whedon about Wonder Woman, he always says the same thing:
"I've been working on it"
"It's almost there"
"It's close"
"It's almost finish"
"I'm close to finish the rough draft of the rough draft"
"I'm working on it, almost there with a rough draft"
"Almost there, I'm sharpening my pencil"

Geez man, I've been thinking, maybe the guy doesn't know what he's
going to write with this character.

I wouldnt get too worked up about it, Im a whedon fan since the first season of Buffy and I'd trust him wit my life! He'll do great.

Quality work takes many many revisions. He's completed a script, but it's probably not very good. He's going over it and over it again in different ways from different angles to make sure everything synchs up (by himself!).

He's doing a great job... I just wish people would stop rushing him and leave him alone so he can take his time and finish it right. The last thing we need is WW going the way of The Hulk... ( a movie I loved, btw, but so few did)...

Yeah, do we seriously want a half-ass WW movie?!?? let the man do his thing! I'd rather he keep hashing out a quality script w/real heart and meat in it, then go into production with an unfinished script! (Fox studios, are you listening? Brett Ratner? Marvel, can you hear me?)

WW is going to be completely and utterly awesome. Joss knows how to create an awesome female character. It is what he does best. He also knows how to visualize fight scenes. It will be "astonishing".

I'd have to disagree. I have a feeling Whedon will stuff this one up. And the moral of the story would be...Don't mess with classics.

He completed the first draft last week, but these things need time to finesse.
