On my old computer my window is stretched alot sideways to its to the point were i can hardly see the start button. Can someone help and tell me how to fix this?

you mean the start button is "off the screen"?
Has it been normally placed before? I would suggest fooling with the monitor settings on the monitor to move the screen image.
