Deleted Scenes you think they will have? I hope they have something with Psylocke usin her Psi blades.

We know that's untrue though. I'm too lazy to go back and see if his exact words were "every scene" (indicating that there could be many extended, but not new, scenes), but he referred to a Magneto "terrorist" (looking similar to Bin Laden) scene when he made those comments, and we know that the Logan bar scene was cut as well. That right there is 2 additional scenes.

Plus we have the actual love triangle with Bobby/Kitty/Rogue that was cut (not guarenteed that they were additional scenes rather than a lot of extended ones, but its still some more content), we had an official pic of Angel (wings "buckled") just looking out over San Fransisco, and we've all seen from the teaser and trailer the alternate versions and extended dialogue that alot of other scenes in the film were missing.

Even with those 2 new scenes put back in, there's probably a good amount of extended material, and the actors have commented on there being a good amount of alternate material as well. While I'm very content with the version we got, it would still be great to get an extended version on dvd.

It's been commented on that the psi blades were done for the film, so here's hoping that we have that and much more on dvd.

Is the Bin Laden/Magneto scene not the one in which he is addressing the world in his hidden base of operations via television? Or is there another?

I don't think there will be an overly large amount of deleted scenes . . . and I don't think there are enough to justify a separate extended edition. A fair number of scenes removed from the teaser trailer are alternate- angle shots, which are common.

There's a post that has a link to podcast with the writers from few months back they talk about some of those scenes.

What I heard is that he shot many alternates scenes (That might be reason for the film to be short) I hope to see that on the DVD.....even some shots of how it would look the Firebird if they made it for the film...

I know for a fact that Phat was fighting at Alcatraz, but all his scenes were removed except for the church meeting one. I think we'll see his deleted scenes on the DVD.
